From the 4th to the 7th of December, more than 50 projects came together for the CERIS DRS annual event in Brussels, contributing to four days panel presentations and discussions covering: CBRN-E crisis management, societal resilience & risk governance, technologies for responders, and interoperability (harmonization & standardization).
PARATUS project coordinator, Cees Van Westen, joined the panel “connecting multi-hazard and compounding risk initiatives at EU level” together with representatives from the projects MEDiate, Climaax, MYRIAD-EU and ESA-EO4MULTIHA.
During his presentation, Prof. Van Westen presented the complex interactions of the impact chains developed in the four application case studies of the PARATUS project and the possible synergies and opportunities enabled by the Stakeholder Hub recently launched on the CMINE platform.
If you missed the event, you can watch the recording here and download the presentations on the CMINE dedicated page. Follow PARATUS on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, or subscribe to the newsletter to stay updated with the latest activities!
